How do you set it up and keep it in great shape?
  1. Open the packaging and remove one breast pad.
  2. Remove the adhesive backing strip.
  3. Place the adhesive side against the inside of the bra.
  4. Adjust the pad for a comfortable fit.
  5. Replace regularly or whenever wet.

  • Recommended replacement interval is approximately every 3–4 hours.
  • Do not wash or reuse the pads.
  • Do not flush after use.
