• We accept payments via PayFast only. Cheques are not accepted.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• We currently ship only within South Africa using local courier partners. Pickup is available by arrangement.
• Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and based on courier SLAs. These are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Once an order is handed over to the courier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or events beyond our control.

6. Intellectual Property

• The website, content, and branding of Gotchu.co.za are owned by Lifograph (Pty) Ltd. We own the domain Gotchu.co.za.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission.
• Shopify and third-party app logos remain the property of their respective owners.

We may provide access to third-party tools and apps, including but not limited to: Metta, Google, Wava Carts, Flow, Up Promote, Judge.me, After Sell, Froonze Loyalty & Wishlist, Bobgo Shipping, Tolstoy Shoppable Video, UpCart, and PWA & Mobile App.

These tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties or endorsements. Use is at your own risk.

Our store is powered by Shopify. All sales are between you and Gotchu.co.za (Lifograph Pty Ltd). Shopify is not responsible for any issues arising from your purchases. By using our Services, you release Shopify from related claims or liabilities.
