At Gotchu.co.za, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we gladly accept returns under the following terms:

Return Window

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns are free of charge, and no restocking fee will be applied.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without using the official return process will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

All returns must be initiated through our self-service return portal:

Log in using your order information.
Select the items you wish to return and follow the on-screen instructions.
Once your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and report any defective, damaged, or incorrect items directly in the return portal at https://account.gotchu.co.za.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We currently accept returns on all items purchased, as we do not have any final sale items.

We do not accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please initiate a return through the self-service return portal and place a new order for the replacement item once the return is approved.

Refunds

We will notify you via the return portal once we’ve received and inspected your return.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please reach out to us through the return portal at https://account.gotchu.co.za.
